Another day in the trenches: Life as a cook
An update on my life:
I have begun to squeeze in workouts in between my short periods of rest. My days are 16 hours in length, with little time for myself Tuesday through Saturday. My job is at a great place, Called Shiloh's Bar and Bistro. Good work, but it is tiring. According to my activity program that calculates energy burned, much like a bakery, a restaurant can burn weight at 4 MET's per minute. However, that varies from person to person. I have fit in exercising into the mornings before work, but that is limited to 20 minutes. My weight loss has begun to slow in progress, while continuing. So the first 50 or so lbs went off quick, but the next bunch seem to be fighting to stay on. But I am nonetheless determined to keep pushing.
